The Solution Process

At Trust Assured we are very aware that your circumstances are unique and warrant individual professional consideration. The process below shows how we work on your behalf:

First Meeting

This can be by telephone, ‘teams’ video conference call or in the comfort of your own home at a time convenient to you.

In this first meeting we will:
Take a ‘snapshot’ of your estate,
Listen to your concerns and objectives,
Analyse all the options available to you relating to your concerns in line with the current legislations covering all aspects of Estate Planning.

Recommend for your consideration

Based on the information collated we will recomend a solution for each part of the plan

We will explain the process along with the costs and benefits connected to each.

The Solution process is included as part of our without-obligation review process and at this stage, should you decide not to proceed with the advice, there is no charge for our services.

Second Meeting

Once the solution is approved we will arrange a mutually convenient second appointment

Subject to your approval we will on this appointment take instructions for any part or the whole of the recommendations given.

We will complete all the application processes and collate all documentation required for the legal drafting of the documents. At this stage we require payment for the works.

Draft Documents

Once we have received your instruction the document(s) are drafted, checked and submitted to you for approval or amendment. A further draft(s) will be sent until it meets with your approval.

Final Documents

Once approved, all documents are fully prepared, created and bound for signature.
All documents are sent to you signed for tracked special delivery with full signing instructions.

Completion Process

The documents must be returned to us for final checking and certification if required. Once we are satisfied the documents are in order they will be processed and returned to you for safe keeping.

All Trusts are required to be registered with HMRC, We can complete this process on your behalf or guide you through the process.
